General Service Technician - Whitehouse, OH - Real Career Path, No Weekends, Weekly Pay

B&L Tire and Auto Service is looking for a motivated entry-level technician to join the team at our Whitehouse location. This is not a dead-end l**e job. This is the first step on a structured career path that goes all the way to master technician level with a documented earning ceiling above $100,000.
Level 1 day-to-day is oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, underbody work, and basic maintenance - the foundational work that every great technician is built on. Monday through Friday, no weekends, weekly pay.
Starting pay runs $18-$22 per hour depending on your experience. When you develop to Level 2, bonus earnings kick in. Master technicians at this shop are producing $85,000 to $100,000+ annually. That ladder is real, and it is documented.
