Amaral Companies, a local, family-owned business on the rise, seeks a Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator to fuel our success. You'll be a key player, wearing two hats and excelling in both:
Recruitment Rockstar:
β’ Source, screen, and interview top talent: Research trends, manage logistics, and find the perfect fit for our team.
β’ Master of the paperwork: Maintain databases, handle onboarding, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
β’ Be the candidate's champion: Respond to inquiries, guide them through orientation, and make them feel welcome.
Marketing Maven:
β’ Content creation extraordinaire: Craft compelling ads, design graphics, and manage social media.
β’ Website whisperer: Keep our online presence thriving and manage the company's reputation.
β’ Analytics ace: Utilize web tools like Google Analytics and Adwords to optimize our strategy.
Who you are:
β’ A marketing and recruiting whiz with proven experience.
β’ Familiar with hiring practices and software, a social media maestro.
β’ Organized, detail-oriented, and a master communicator.
β’ Tech-savvy, creative, and a problem-solving pro.
β’ A BS/BA in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Bonus points:
β’ CDL Class B with School Bus and Passenger Endorsements or 7D/PTV certificate (we'll train the right candidate!).
β’ Valid MA or RI Driver's License and clean background check.
What we offer:
β’ Competitive salary ($21-$31 per hour plus $10,000 to $20,000 in commissions).
β’ Full-time position with Monday-Friday schedule.
