Arlene has a personal reason to be proud of the work she does at FR.

Her family experienced firsthand how difficult getting around could be without the right accessible vehicle. Today, as a Logistics Coordinator, she’s involved early in the process, helping manage incoming orders before vehicles move into production.

For Arlene, that experience brings a different perspective to the work she does every day.

Hugo is the service dog of Chandler Laguetar, General Manager of Ilderton Conversion Co. in Charleston, South Carolina. One of his favorite parts of the day? Coming to work, seeing his coworkers, and catching up with his fellow service-dog friends.

FR Conversions is holding walk-in interviews this Saturday for our Rear Entry Conversion team!

We’re looking for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience to join our team converting vehicles for wheelchair accessibility.

Experience in automotive repair, mechanical work, vehicle upfitting, fabrication, welding, body work, or similar hands-on trades is a plus.

Stop in Saturday to meet with our team, talk about your experience, and learn more about the position. Qualified candidates may be able to move quickly through our hiring process.

Planning to stop by?
• Bring a resume if you have one
• Be prepared to discuss your mechanical and hands-on experience
• Candidates will walk the manufacturing floor
• Wear pants (no sweatpants or athletic wear) and closed-toe shoes; steel- or composite-toe shoes are preferred

Last interviews will begin at approximately 1:15 p.m.

The 50th ADED Annual Conference & Expo brought together professionals who help people find mobility solutions that fit their everyday lives.

For FR Conversions, it was an opportunity to connect with Certified Driver Rehabilitation Specialists and showcase our Hydro Blue 2027 Chrysler Pacifica Select with an R1 conversion, introducing another vehicle option for the individuals and families they support.

Attendees got to see the R1’s exceptional space, flexible seating options, and easy-to-operate, one-piece spring-assisted ramp up close, while learning more about FR Conversions wheelchair accessible vehicles now available through NMEDA QAP dealerships nationwide.
