By attending this event, you understand and expressly acknowledge an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, and is attending the event is entirely voluntary on the attendee's part. By attending the event, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge 101 Cars and Coffee, any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or volunteers from any and all liability under any theory, whether in negligence or otherwise, for any illness or injury. Attendee's must exercise care to protect yourself and assessing your own risks, by considering your age, underlying health conditions, recent travel, possible exposure to COVID-19, doctor's recommendations, and local, State and Federal recommendations. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to evaluate the risks and protect yourself. Please make sure your vehicle is adequately insured and you obey all traffic laws on your way to, from, and when participating in drives, cruising, or events. drive safely at all times. Be respectful of others attending the event, patrons, event staff/volunteers and the surrounding neighbors. We ask you to use your best judgment and think safety first. By participating in the event you agree to allow us to use photos and/or videos that are taken at the event as we see fit, i.e. for possible promotion for future shows, website postings, for the current show, and in the future. Release, Waiver, and Covenant Not to Sue:
By participating in this event in any capacity to include but not limited to showing at, participating in, or attending the 101 Cars and Coffee event is at your own risk; you knowingly and willingly do so at your own risk. The County Line Cars and Coffee, event coordinator(s), and volunteers, all sponsors and vendors will not be held liable for damages, loss of property, injury of any degree, or death. By attending the event, you, your heirs, and assigns agree to NOT hold any of the named or anyone else associated with the event liable for any damage, loss, injury, or anything else you, your property, or your guests may sustain or incur by participating in, or attending this event or any related event(s). You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless County Line Cars and Coffee and its organizers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, volunteers, affiliates for any and all legal actions arising out of participation in County Line Cars and Coffee event.
