🚗 270,000 Miles and Still Going Strong!

This well-maintained 2015 Honda Accord started shuddering one morning and eventually wouldn’t move forward.

The culprit? A broken metal chain inside the CVT transmission! 😳

With transmission services every 40,000 miles, this customer got an impressive 270,000 miles out of his original transmission!

He loves his Accord so much that we’ve located a remanufactured CVT to get him back on the road for many more miles.

🔧 Proof that regular maintenance pays off! Even well-maintained parts eventually wear out, but taking care of your vehicle can make a big difference in its longevity.

This Chevy Traverse came in after the customer reported the vehicle locked up and wouldn't move.

Once we got it on the lift, we quickly found the problem - catastrophic transfer case failure. 😳

Definitely not something we see every day!

🔧⚙️ ATRA Powertrain Expo 2026!

What a great week in San Antonio! Chris and I spent the week learning, connecting with others in the transmission industry, visiting with our vendors, and checking out the latest technology and products.

Continuing education is a big part of what helps us provide the best service we can back home at United Transmission.

We had a great time, learned a lot, and we’re ready to bring it all back to Westfield! ❤️⚙️

🐭 Rodents can cause some serious—and expensive—damage under the hood!

We’ve been seeing signs of mice in vehicles, so we wanted to share a simple prevention tip. Vamoose! Rodent Repellent Pouches can be placed safely under the hood to help deter unwanted visitors.

Just be sure to secure the pouch and keep it away from hot or moving engine components.
