Throwback to SEMA and AAPEX 2025, and finding ways to invest big $$ in time saving tools and equipment that I had long been looking for. 2026 should be fun!

These Swedish- made tool kits got delivered last week and put away in their new tool cart this week. I'm pumped to see how much easier they make driveline and suspension repairs on-the-vehicle.

It's always mouse damage season here. If a GM vehicle has funny electrical issues and battery health is good, chances are almost 100% that it is either a chewed/corroded wire or a loose/corroded ground. I swear they put extra peanut oil in their wire jacketing...

This video is from a couple of years ago when we swapped an optimized used stock motor into this truck after the owner got a bit excited on the hot tune and snapped the crank.

Crank breakage in the duramax engines is the result of a combination of factors, most of which cannot be remedied on a small budget.

It usually can be kept on the horizon though with the proper attention to a few items, and we at Freedom Diesel would be happy to help those interested to learn more.
