Due to the severity of the COVID-19 outbreak we have decided to temporarily close our lobby to regular business. To continue serving our customer’s needs, we will be operating on an appointment only basis with minimal customer contact.
• Please call 413-642-8101 to schedule an appointment
• Keys are to be dropped in the night drop box at drop off
• Credit/Debit card payment will be accepted by phone , no cash or checks will be accepted at this point
• When picking up your vehicle please call 413-642-8101 when you are in the parking lot, we will bring your keys out to you.
• Please note that we will be wiping down your keys, steering wheel, shifter and door handles before and after operating your vehicle.
All changes will be effective immediately beginning 3/24/2020.
Our first priority is to protect our customers and our employees against transmission of the virus. Therefore, due to the uncertainty of the situation, we have yet to set a date to resume regular operating hours.
