After this customer was in a hit and run with his 2020 Nissan Sentra. His Insurance company confirmed his claim would fall under Uninsured Motorist Property Damage Protection. After completing teardown our estimate and scheduling an insurance appraiser to complete their estimate Flo decided to go back and deny coverage. We worked with the customer to fix his vehicle out-of-pocket in the most cost-effective manner. After dissasembling the vehicle we found a damaged reinforcement bar and the vehicles rear floor had crumpled from the impact. Some Cars Are Just Worth Saving

This customer came to us with his 2008 Toyota Corolla CE with only 60,000 Miles after a collision during winter conditions on RT 146. Due to the age of the car the other parties insurance wanted to total the vehicle. The customer was upset at this news as he feared a car like this cannot easily be replaced. After extensive teardown measuring of the structural points and an initial alignment we determined the car could be fixed beyond its pre collision condition. We helped the customer get fairly compensated by the insurance company and navigate the process to retain his salvage before giving him a quote and completing our repairs to the vehicle.
