She has shown exceptional dedication while working with our EOL testers, taking the initiative to learn and better understand the equipment, process and importance of the testing function. Marcus is very dependable and reliable when it comes to asking him to do different tasks around the machining department. He has also started learning non-machining line and helps there on a daily basis. He is also willing to train new operators without leadership asking him to do this. Also, Marcus has a great work environment attitude, gets along with everyone and always gets the job done. This is why I think he would make a good candidate for this quarter.

Employee Spotlight: Vernon Robert Daniels, Q2 Plant 1 Maintenance Employee of the Quarter

Robert has been a great benefit over the 2nd quarter of 2026 to our department. He has covered multiple crew shortages when needed for PTO coverage, etc. Always looking to learn from those around him.

Robert asks questions, not just the how but why as well. His desire to understand, not just the repair, but the process and how it operates, stands out. His work ethic is exemplary and he steps up to any task before the need to ask anyone.

Based on these observations, I am happy to recommend Robert for Plant 1 Maintenance Team Member of the Quarter for Q2 2026.
