1. Do you provide loaner cars?

No, we don't, but we focus on speed of service! We understand the inconvenience of being without your vehicle, so our primary goal is to get you back into your own car as quickly as possible, fixed, sound, and safe.

Need transportation to and from our shop? We are happy to arrange a free Uber ride for you.

2. If a car still has a Factory Warranty, can I bring it in to FAA?

Absolutely. Even if a car has factory warranty, we can save you lots on all of your regular maintenance. Our team uses the proper parts and adheres to strict repair processes to ensure that your factory warranty remains intact. You can trust us with your vehicle, knowing it’s in expert hands.

3, Can I bring my own parts?

Being a customer-first company, this is a tough one to answer for us with a simple yes or no. Our ultimate goal is to fix your car right the very first time, save you money and serve you with the very best customer service and experience. To ensure this, most times will require us to provide the parts, especially if its a critical repair. This then allows us to fully guarantee the repair for 3 years. However, there may be times where our customers want to install something unique or already have the part, so we are always open to discussing the situation and exploring all possibilities. I always say just call us and let's discuss the options to see whats possible.
