I drove to the West Palm Beach location and completed the transaction in less than 1 hour. The facility is amazing and the display of cars was beautiful.

Ishmail Merritt was the best auto sales person I have ever dealt with in 40 plus years. He is right to the point and listens to you.

Bentley will unveil the Torcal in London on September 23. It will become the brand’s fourth core model line, joining the Continental GT, Flying Spur, and Bentayga.
Expect serious numbers when the covers come off. Bentley has indicated a driving range beyond 300 miles and ultra-fast charging capable of adding roughly 100 miles in about seven minutes!

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ishmail Merritt for the outstanding job he did throughout my Bentley purchase.

From the very beginning, Ishmail's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service were exceptional. He always answered my calls or returned my texts promptly, kept me updated with photos and videos when appropriate, and was consistently attentive throughout the entire process.

What has impressed me even more is that his level of service did not end once the sale was completed. Even after I took delivery of the vehicle, he has continued to answer my calls, texts, and questions with the same responsiveness and professionalism. As I'm still becoming familiar with all the features of the car, that ongoing support has been incredibly valuable and is something I truly appreciate.

What also stood out was his reliability. If he promised to take care of something, he did—and he did it quickly. It didn't seem to matter whether it was after hours or even on his day off; he always made me feel that my questions and concerns were important.

Like all of us, he didn't have every answer immediately, but instead of guessing, he would simply say so, research the issue, and come back with an accurate and well-thought-out answer. That level of integrity and professionalism is becoming increasingly rare and is something I truly appreciate.

As a 62 year old retired business owner and automobile enthusiast, I have purchased more vehicles than I care to admit. Yesterday I purchased a 2023 Bentley Continental GT Azure from Braman in West Palm. I had the pleasure of working with Ishmail Merritt. I saw a car I wanted to purchase at Braman Bentley West Palm Beach so I reached out and was lucky to have connected with Ishmail Merritt. He was that rare combination in a sales person in that he was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable from start to finish. He was able to answer all my questions about the car and was thorough in reviewing the car with me at delivery. When an issue arose that may have been a deal breaker he went above and beyond to find the solution so that we could close the deal. I typically do not like dealing with auto salesman but Ishmail broke the mold and I wouldn't hesitate to return when I'm ready for another purchase.
