Dear Management,
I wanted to take a moment to recognize Ishmail Merritt for the outstanding job he did throughout my Bentley purchase.
From the very beginning, Ishmail's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service were exceptional. He always answered my calls or returned my texts promptly, kept me updated with photos and videos when appropriate, and was consistently attentive throughout the entire process.
What has impressed me even more is that his level of service did not end once the sale was completed. Even after I took delivery of the vehicle, he has continued to answer my calls, texts, and questions with the same responsiveness and professionalism. As I'm still becoming familiar with all the features of the car, that ongoing support has been incredibly valuable and is something I truly appreciate.
What also stood out was his reliability. If he promised to take care of something, he did—and he did it quickly. It didn't seem to matter whether it was after hours or even on his day off; he always made me feel that my questions and concerns were important.
Another quality that really impressed me was his honesty. Like all of us, he didn't have every answer immediately, but instead of guessing, he would simply say so, research the issue, and come back with an accurate and well-thought-out answer. That level of integrity and professionalism is becoming increasingly rare and is something I truly appreciate.
Working with someone like Ishmail makes the entire ownership experience enjoyable. People like him create loyalty not only to the Bentley brand, but also to the dealership itself. He is a tremendous asset to Palm Beach Bentley, and I hope his efforts are recognized.
