We are just 3 weeks away from the most gnarly Garden State Comic Fest to date!! With so many amazing guests, we wanted to also take a look at the 2 legendary exclusive covers that were done for GSCF.

The first is Shredder #16. This cover was done by the legendary Scott Hanna and well, this may actually be the very best cover done of Shredder according to some publishers and fans. We could not believe how good this cover looks and to think- to have it signed by Scott Hanna, Kevin Eastman, and of course James Saito (Shredder himself) Would just be epic!

The second is TMNT #19 done by Michael Turney who actually played Danny in the 1st TMNT movie. Now this book is a real big deal for a few reasons:
1. Michael has worked in and out of the comic industry over the years and this is his first ever cover.
2. Michael was actually in TMNT as a major character and drew the character he played on the cover.
3. This is Michael's first ever convention as a signing guest.
4. It's also available in a super limited virgin foil cover!
These reasons make this book super unique. Also big thanks to Komic Knights for helping sponsor this amazing book that could actually turn into a grail for TMNT collectors.

Both books were done in a very limited print run. All VIP Pass Holder will receive a copy of both books in their trade form.
If you are not a VIP have no worries as both books will be for sale at GSCF as well. The TMNT #19 will be available exclusivley at the Komic Knights booth and Shredder #6 at both the Komic Knights booth as well as the GSCF Booth while supplies last.
We have done exclusives in the past but these are going to be something special. We cannot wait to see you all in just 3 weeks!!

Michelle Delecki is coming to State Comic Fest at the Codey Arena in West Orange NJ June 27-28th 2026
Michelle has built a robust career in inks within the comic book industry, working for such giants as Marvel, DC, Image, and Valiant. Some of the cover art she has inked over the years includes: Savage Wolverine, Venom, JLA, Superman/Batman, Superman Unchained, Deadpool vs X-Force, among many others. She also helped to create, ink and edit Axcend for Image Comics. When she's not inking, she enjoys painting and exhibiting in the gallery setting for pleasure.

ATTENTION COSPLAYERS:
Here at Garden State Comic Fest Instead of the traditional contest, at a certain time in a certain area on a certain date, we are transforming all of GSCF into the proverbial stage.
How it works:
1. We select 3 secret judges.
2. These 3 judges will be on the lookout for awesome cosplays all weekend.
3. When a judge sees a cosplay they love, they will walk up and ask for your info and permission to take a photo to enter you into the GSCF 2026 cosplay contest. If you are chosen yet do not want to compete, that is okay too!
4. Once the weekend is over we will compile all the participants and the judges will choose the top 5 to be featured on our social media pages. Then the fans get to vote for the cosplay they think is “Best in Show”.
5. Every finalist chosen will receive one free 2day pass to next year GSCF Summer Event. The “Best in Show” winner will receive 2 VIP Tickets and a $300 dollar shopping spree voucher at next year's event for a grand prize total worth $500!
Last year's winner was Ghost Rider who is on the banner above with their winning cosplay! Ghost Rider has 2 VIP Passes waiting along with $300 in GSCF bucks.
We hope this will be an inclusive and convenient way for anyone who plans on cosplaying at GSCF to show off and potentially win some cool prizes. Having the contest run the entire weekend makes it more accessible to anyone who may not have been able to attend both days (Or, would like to enter more then one costume!)It also gives our judges a chance to see your costumes up close, and gives the fans an opportunity to have a voice in their favorite cosplay
