Effective this month, a new window tint regulation has been implemented, reducing the allowable visible light transmission on front side windows of sedans, trucks, and SUVs from 40% to 25%. While the change may appear minimal, it will enhance both privacy and heat rejection. For sedans, the permissible tint level on rear side windows remains at 25%, and the minimum 12% visible light transmission for the rear window (backglass) remains unchanged. There are no new restrictions for trucks, SUVs, or vans regarding the rear half of the vehicle, which continues to have no tint limit.

Before and After.
This customer had enough of the sun blinding him through his front door and decided have a frosting film installed. Our frosting film provided some privacy, light control, a sleek look and even lowered interior temperatures of the house!
