Another Vette? Absolutely!

A gorgeous black on black C6 Grand Sport Convertible Corvette came through the shop, and we made sure it was looking its absolute best before it finds its new home.

This C6 received a multi step paint correction to bring back the deep richness, clarity, and gloss that black paint deserves. Black shows everything, and when it’s properly refined, there’s nothing quite like the depth and reflection it can produce.

We also gave the interior a thorough detail to make sure every part of this Corvette received the attention it deserved.

The result is a stunning Grand Sport Convertible that’s ready to turn heads sitting in your driveway.

This beauty came to us for our 5yr Ceramic Coating, and the paint had been extremely well cared for up to this point. It didn’t require a major correction, but that doesn’t mean we skip steps.

Before applying a professional grade ceramic coating, proper preparation is everything. We performed a polishing step to remove any contamination, old protection, or surface imperfections that could interfere with the coating’s ability to properly bond.

At the end of the day, you don’t want your coating bonding to what’s sitting on the paint…you want it bonding directly to the surface. That’s what helps ensure the coating lasts, performs, and protects the way it was designed to.

The results speak for themselves. This Corvette turned out absolutely amazing, and the owner was thrilled with the final finish.

Rarely does an opportunity present itself where two iconic Corvettes are sitting under the same roof at the same time.

We had the privilege of having a legendary 1967 Corvette in the shop, and then a brand new Corvette Z06 came into the fold. At that point, we knew we couldn’t pass up the chance to capture these two generations of performance together.

The original plan was to have our good friend Jon Conrad (JC_Photography) come out and capture some quick photos of the ’67, but once the Z06 arrived, we knew this was a moment worth documenting.

A huge thank you to Jon for his incredible photography work and for always helping us showcase these vehicles the way they deserve to be seen.

And of course, thank you to the owners of these amazing Corvettes for trusting Weekend Warrior Detailing with vehicles that are truly special. It’s an honor to be a part of preserving and protecting machines like these. 🏁
