We are 32 day's away from the legendary PNB and preparations have been going on behind the scenes to make this event incredible. Lot's of announcements will be happening in the next month and that starts with today. Below is the event itinerary!
2023 PSYCHO NITRO BLAST EVENT SCHEDULE:
All times EST.
THURSDAY, MARCH 30TH
-Facility opens at 9am for pit setup
-Registration and merchandise will open at 5pm and close at 9pm. Please have transponder numbers!
FRIDAY, MARCH 31ST
-Registration and merchandise opens at 6am and will be open all day with breaks. Please bring transponder numbers!!!
-Open practice: 6am - 10:30am (5min clock)
-Track maintenance: 10:30am - 11am
-Controlled practice: 11am - Until concluded. 1 round of seeding practice by heats. 5 minutes heats, seeding for the qualifiers are set by best 3 consecutive laps. Each racer MUST turn marshal after their practice heat. (track maintenance will be posted after heat sheet is generated.)

-After the conclusion of seeding practice we will take a 30 minute track maintenance break and then resume open practice for the remainder of the evening / morning (5minute clock) with practice ending at 5:30am Saturday morning.
OPEN PRACTICE RULES:
Each racer must marshal following each practice session, DO NOT exit the stand and get back in line. Racers are not allowed to hold someone's place or have a stand in. If you cannot marshal due to medical or undisclosed reasons please get approval at race registration or through the race director prior to the event. In the effort of fairness, anyone holding radios for another racer or returns to the practice line without marshaling will FORFEIT the remainder of practice. Holding 2 radios or someone standing in line for a racer will penalize BOTH racers.
There will be a RaceTime official to monitor this in staging/drivers stand entrance.
SATURDAY, APRIL 1ST
-6AM start time with 2 Rounds of Qualifying on a qual point format. Same class order as seeding practice. Each round will be 5 minutes in length with a two minute warmup. No resort. Tiebreaker is the throwout round.
-After the conclusion of qualifying some lower mains will be ran ending at 1am. Track maintenance schedule will be posted after qualifying sheets are posted.
SUNDAY, APRIL 2ND
-Conclusion of mains will start at 6am.
-Main lengths are as follows:
C-Mains and below: 10 minutes
B Mains: 20 minutes
A Mains: 30 minutes (Pro Nitro Buggy: 45 Minutes)
-All electric mains: 10 Minutes
-All Electric classes are single A Mains.
-Taking the top 16 with 2 bumps.
