Roll-In Information for Saturday

Pre-Registration Roll-In: Begins at 8:00 AM. Only pre-registered vehicles may roll in at this time.

Order of Entry: Pre-registered participants will roll in first.

Parking Process: Please be patient—parking will take time. The West Monroe Sports & Events Center has entrusted us with their beautiful facility, and we are committed to protecting the flooring from any damage caused by heavy vehicles.

Vehicle Leaks: If your vehicle has any leaks, please bring something to place underneath it to absorb them. This helps us keep the venue clean and damage-free.

While Waiting in Line: If you are concerned about your vehicle overheating, please turn it off. If needed, there are plenty of people who will be happy to help push vehicles inside.

Indoor Parking: Extremely limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Indoor Registration: Includes the driver plus one free passenger. Any additional passengers will need to pay admission at the door.

Respect Our Volunteers: From the ladies at registration to the team helping with parking, every volunteer is here willingly to support this event’s success. Please treat them with respect and kindness.

For everyone’s convenience and to help the show run smoothly, wristbands must be worn by everyone entering the building and throughout the event.

THERE WILL BE OUTDOOR PARKING IN FRONT OF THE VENUE IF YOU DONT WANT TO WAIT FOR INDOOR PARKING.
