**IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT**
It is with heavy hearts that we announce that the our event for 2026 scheduled for September 12, 2026, will not take place this year.
This decision has been incredibly difficult for us to make. Driven Desires is something we pour so much of ourselves into each year, and stepping away from it, even for one year, is not something we ever imagined having to do.
Unfortunately, several unexpected circumstances have arisen that would make it extremely difficult for us to give this year’s show the time, attention, and organization it deserves. Along with last minute changes in the contract, two very important members of our event team will also be unavailable due to major life circumstances.
Over the years, this show has become so much more than simply a car show to us. It has become a community of sponsors, vendors, participants, volunteers, friends, and supporters who come together for a purpose much bigger than any of us. Because of that, we feel it would be unfair to move forward knowing we could not give the event and all of you the level of dedication you have come to expect from Driven Desires.
To our sponsors, vendors, participants, volunteers, and everyone who was already looking forward to this year’s show, we are truly sorry. Your generosity, loyalty, and continued support are the reason Driven Desires has been able to grow into what it is today and, most importantly, help us raise money for a cause that means so much to us.
Driven Desires will return in 2027, Please mark your calendars for:
September 18, 2027 as we will be back at the Monroe Civic Center!
Although it is difficult to imagine September passing without all of us coming together this year, we believe taking this time to regroup is the right decision for our team, our event, and its future. Our hope is that this pause allows us to come back in 2027 stronger, refreshed, and ready to give you the event you deserve.
Thank you for your understanding, your patience, and for continuing to stand behind Driven Desires. We truly cannot put into words how much this event and all of you mean to us.
And while we may not be gathering for the Driven Desires show this September, we aren’t disappearing completely. Rides on the River and Driven Desires are currently working on a collaboration for this winter, and we can’t wait to share more details with you soon.
So stay tuned!
