From Bermuda Races to the Admirals Cup, George has extensive experience in offshore sailing. In addition to his sailing experience, George also has a passion for offshore fishing. George holds a 200-ton Masters’ Captains License.
George and his wife Barbara have been running Samalot Marine Inc. for the past 35 years on the Hudson River. Samalot Marine is a full-service business catering exclusively to the sailing community.
George has been a member of the Yacht Brokers Association of America for over 25 years. He has served on the YBAA board for the past 2 years. George is also a Certified Professional Yacht Broker.
