It has been a busy summer here at SEI Auto.

We now offer in-house AC Services on all R134 vehicles, we'll service any AC system from passenger vehicles on up to heavy duty trucks!

Jasper engines, transmissions, and differentials available with installation, most units carry a 3 Year/100,000mi parts warranty.

Give us a call for all of your engine out or cab off services, it's more common on newer vehicles than ever to have to remove major components or even drop the entire drivetrain for certain repairs, it can get expensive quick, if you recently received a pricey quote to repair your vehicle, come get a second opinion and see what we can do for you!

Engine replacement/overhaul available, w/ machine work (performed by our trusted local machine shop) (All replacement/overhauled engines are equipped with warranty).

Welcome to the new home of SEI Auto.
I will be fully moved and operational by this coming Monday.
I'm still located in West Harrison, this new shop is a neighboring building, so we're not going far at all. (Address to be released on Monday).
There will also be new business hours effective January 6th, 8am-6pm daily, please call about weekend availability.
I offer all kinds of automotive services, and also adding trailer Chassis services to the list.

Hello all,
Firstly I'd like to thank all of our customers for your continued business over this past year, it has been a good first year and we could not have made it this far without you, thank you all.

Secondly, I am happy to announce I am moving operations to a larger shop within the next month or so, and it's only steps away from the current location (West Harrison), so it will still be easy to find. More details to come on that over the next few weeks.

As a result of increased overhead, I will be raising prices once I am in the new building.
So, over the next 3 weeks, I am offering a deal:

Any work quoted and/or scheduled IN ADVANCE between today (10/01/2024) and (10/25/2024), will be locked in at the current $90 per hour mechanical labor rate, autoglass work is $110 per hour currently.
Work can be scheduled anytime between October 8th and December 31st (excluding holidays) while still getting the cheaper rate.
Also mention this post and you'll get 5% off your total bill (scheduled work only)

The new labor rate once moved into the new building will be $115 per hour for both mechanical and autoglass work,
so call or message asap to get on the schedule between now and October 25th and get locked in at the lower rate.

Hiring for 1 Part Time Position
Located in West Harrison, Indiana

The workload is increasing monthly and I am needing a second person to help in the shop a couple days during the week and occasional Saturdays. This position could potentially become full time after some time with the company and as we continue to increase our workload.

Lots of mechanical and electrical work and glass work coming through the door, I don't turn away much work, we will do everything from oil changes/tires/brakes to major component swaps and rebuilds to diagnosing electrical faults and intermittent conditions.
We will be working on everything from compact cars to 1 ton trucks, domestic and foreign, mostly domestic at this point though.

Ideal candidate should have some background in automotive repair, can work both independently and on a team, be detail oriented, and be willing to learn.
Also, a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
A basic tool set would be preferred (i.e. socket set, ratchets, screwdrivers, lights etc.), but I will share mine as needed.
I provide scanner/oscilloscope, diagnostic tools, heavy shop equipment, ALLDATA Diagnostic software, and specialty tools.

Schedule and hours can be flexible.
Pay based on experience, will likely be a flat rate position, but we will discuss all this during an interview.
