We want to address an issue that affected some RYDE Scooter Rentals customers this evening.
Due to a glitch with our payment processor through the Levy app platform, some riders may have seen multiple charges or incorrect transactions appear on their payment method. We understand how concerning and frustrating that can be, and we want everyone to know this was not intentional and is not a scam.
We have been in direct contact with Levy Electric, and they are actively working to resolve the issue. In many cases, any overcharged funds should already be showing back as account credit within the app.
If you were affected and would prefer a refund back to your card instead of account credit, please reach out to us directly so we can help make it right. You can contact us by:

Please provide proof or screenshots of the duplicate charges so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this caused. We value every customer and appreciate your patience while this issue is being corrected. As a thank you for your understanding, we will also be adding bonus ride credit to affected customer accounts.
