I started making Snaps on Snapchat and sharing them to Spotlight & Snap Maps just showing some of the fun work we get to do every day at Fargo Detailing.

And honestly? It’s been fun. Clients love seeing it, people cheer us on, some people jump in and advertise their own businesses… ya know, the usual social media stuff.

But the amount of people who are just incredibly mean to complete strangers on social media still blows my mind. I see it at my other business Above and Beyond Cleaning LLC as well.

I do have to ask… when did degrading someone become so normal?

I genuinely wonder sometimes if the same people leaving nasty comments behind a screen would walk up to that person in real life and say those exact words to their face.

I’ve always believed kindness leads to greatness.

Heck, when other people jump onto our posts advertising their own detailing services, I’ll send them support right back. Are we all operating the same type of business? Nope. Some people don’t have the overhead, employees, building, insurance, equipment, etc. that we do, and that’s okay. Everyone starts somewhere, everyone has a different journey, and there is room in this world for people to succeed without tearing someone else down.

So maybe the lesson here is that some of y’all need to go watch Bambi again. 😂

Thumper’s mom had some pretty solid advice:
“If you can’t say something nice, don’t say nothing at all.”

And yes, I usually just block the nasty ones. ✌️ I prefer positivity in my life, on our pages, and around the people who work with us. But my goodness… social media bullies can absolutely get under a person’s skin if you let it.

So here’s your reminder today: Be kind. Support people. Cheer for someone else’s success. It costs you absolutely nothing.

This my friends is years of grime on a steering wheel. While we didn’t ask what the gentleman did for work we assume it’s a hard labor manual job. After some time, dwelling of products, a trip to the supply store for detailers here & elbow grease, we were able to fully remove it & restore this vehicle to a like new condition.
We hope the new owner loves their new vehicle!

One year ago, Dylan, Kaitlynn, and I started having conversations about the possibility of purchasing Fargo Detailing. In May, we officially began the ownership transfer process, and today I can proudly say I’ve been the owner of Fargo Detailing for one incredible year.

For those who may not know me, I’m Danielle, owner of Fargo Detailing and Above & Beyond Cleaning Services. For the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of building a company centered around people, service, and making life a little easier for our clients. What started as a small cleaning business has grown into an award winning company serving homes and businesses throughout our community. At the heart of everything we do is a simple mission: helping people reclaim their time so they can focus on what matters most.

When the opportunity to purchase Fargo Detailing came along, I knew it aligned perfectly with that mission. Whether we’re restoring a vehicle or refreshing a home, we’re giving people the gift of time, pride, confidence, and peace of mind.

I won’t pretend that running two businesses is easy. Some days I feel like the pie can’t possibly be cut into any more pieces. There are long days, late nights, challenges, and moments of doubt. But every morning I show up with a smile, a grateful heart, and a dream that’s bigger than myself. My goal has never been to simply build businesses. It’s to build something meaningful that my children can one day be proud of, and maybe even carry forward themselves.

Giving back has always been my love language. Supporting our community, creating opportunities for others, and serving people well is what fuels me. I’m incredibly thankful for every client, employee, supporter, friend, and family member who has trusted us along the way. Because of you, Fargo Detailing continues to grow and thrive.

Today, we’re celebrating not only my first year of ownership, but the continued growth of Fargo Detailing since 2019. What an incredible journey it has been.
