✨Employee Spotlight: Jerman Caudillo✨

47 years. Still showing up. Still setting the standard.

As one of Concorde's longest-serving employees, Jerman has spent nearly five decades in Battery Assembly, inspecting components and ensuring every battery begins with a foundation of quality. His ability to catch small issues before they become larger problems has shaped processes still used on the manufacturing floor today.

When asked what has kept him at Concorde for 47 years, his answer wasn't the machinery, the processes, or the products.

It was the people.

Jerman speaks proudly about the family atmosphere, the respect and the open communication he has experienced throughout his career. He has witnessed Concorde grow from the early years through to the company we are today and has been part of nearly every chapter along the way.

Outside of work, Jerman enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, traveling and making memories with family.

Fifteen years.

That’s how long our friend Bob Schroeder and his team in Provo, Utah, worked to bring “High Maintenance” N917Y back to life.

This week, they reached a milestone few people ever get to experience: watching an aircraft they’ve poured countless hours into roll onto the tarmac under its own power.

Aircraft restoration isn’t just about metal, rivets, and engines. It’s about preserving history, honoring those who came before us, and ensuring future generations can experience these remarkable machines.

Concorde Battery was honored to support this project by donating two RG-380E/44KS batteries. Seeing them onboard this legendary A-26 is something we’re incredibly proud of.

Congratulations to Bob, his team and everyone who refused to quit when the finish line still seemed years away.
