Some trailers are built from a spec sheet. Others start with a challenge.

This 1999 33' Donzi definitely fell into the second category.

The customer had recently purchased the boat, which was being stored in a dry stack. The problem? With the Donzi’s unique running surface, there wasn’t an existing trailer available to safely retrieve and transport it.

The dealer referred the customer to Wesco Trailers, and our team signed up for the challenge.

Working alongside the customer and dry-stack facility, we had the Donzi pulled and positioned on boat racks so our team could 3D scan the hull on-site. While there, we also spent time with the customer discussing exactly what he wanted from the finished trailer.
