Since Fred Beans Ford of West Chester is much closer to me, I reached out to see if they could help, and Im so glad I did.The team in West Chester was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process seamless. Joseph, the Service Manager, was especially professional, communicative, and welcoming from start to finish. He kept me updated throughout the repair process, ensured everything was completed in a timely manner, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.They also provided a shuttle to work and coordinated a rental car smoothly, which I truly appreciated. Buying a used car can sometimes feel like a gamble, but Fred Beans really stood behind their vehicle 120% and made sure everything was taken care of.
