This 2018 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 was presented to us with a severe coolant leak. Upon inspection, a large crack was discovered in a plastic coolant housing. Due to the complexity of this vehicle, removal of the intake manifold was necessary to access the coolant housing. Large leaks such as this one can become catastrophic if not addressed immediately; therefore, we recommend contacting us today if you are experiencing any vehicle issues. 2016 Ford F150 3.5L ECOBOOST. Customer complained of a noise on acceleration. A quick visual inspection revealed the rear exhaust manifold bolt had snapped off in the cylinder head. A very poor design from ford. After the turbo and manifold were removed we were able to extract the broken bolt. The front end of this 2017 Dodge Journey was damaged as a result of a small collision, which required the replacement of both headlights and the transmission cooler. Fortunately, the bumper and grille sustained only minor damage and were able to be reused. With the new parts installed and everything else reattached, it’s back to looking almost as good as new!

The owner of this 2017 Chevy Sonic complained the A/C had stopped working suddenly. A quick visual inspection determined that the A/C was operating but the driver had no control of the hot/cold blend door inside the dash. Most modern vehicles nowadays use an electric motor to control this function. This vehicle was a little different as it used a cable style cassette. After some disassembly, we were able to to get the cable replaced and restore temperature control. One of our customers came in with a ticking noise in the engine. Upon inspection it was found to have a faulty rocker arm which subsequently damaged the camshaft. As you can see from the pictures, it was severely worn. Luckily, we were able to replace the camshaft along with all the rocker arms and lifters to get the engine back to running smoothly and quietly. Here's an example of why we test and don't guess. The customer replaced the Front Interface Control Module with a used part due to lacking A/C and radio controls, but after replacement, the same issues persisted. However, by conducting simple tests for power and ground revealed that all it needed was replacing a blown fuse caused by jump-starting the vehicle backwards. The importance of proper testing before repairing: Replacing parts without diagnosis can lead to unnecessary expenses! This 2019 Expedition came to us with worn and leaking struts. Unhappy with the ride and quality of the OE struts, the customer wanted to install parts that would outlast and out perform the originals. The only way to go was with a brand new set of Bilstein’s. Not only are these a nice improvement over stock, but they also come with adjustable ride height. These struts offer adjustability from 0” to 1.5” over stock ride height for those who would like a little more tire clearance or to “level” the front of the truck with the rear. This 2017 Chevy Tahoe was brought to us with some shifting issues and noises. Upon inspection, a lot of metal debris was found in transmission pan. We installed a remanufactured Jasper transmission and programmed the transmission control module. These transmissions come with a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty!
