⚓ BOATING SEASON ISN’T OVER—BUT ROUTINES ARE CHANGING!

With the kids heading back to school and the weather beginning to change, many boats will start sitting unused for longer periods of time.

Before leaving your boat at the dock, mooring or in the yard, take a few minutes to:

✅ Check that your batteries are charged and holding power
✅ Test the automatic bilge pumps and float switches
✅ Make sure deck drains and scuppers are clear
✅ Inspect dock lines for wear, chafing or damage
✅ Check that the boat is properly secured for changing fall weather

A few simple checks now can help prevent an unpleasant surprise the next time you return to your boat.
