🚗 2015 Dodge Challenger – Full Vehicle Inspection & Diagnostic Report 🔧

This Dodge Challenger came into the shop with a customer concern of brake noise and loss of acceleration.

After a complete inspection, our technicians found several issues affecting the vehicle’s safety and performance:

✅ Brake System Inspection
• Front and rear brake pads worn out
• Front and rear rotors heavily worn
• Brake calipers showing signs of failure and recommended for replacement

✅ Suspension Inspection
• Upper and lower control arms are worn and require replacement
• Additional front suspension components are showing wear and should be monitored for future repairs

To address the customer’s acceleration complaint, we recommended:
• Throttle body cleaning

🔧 2005 Chevy Colorado Brought Back to Life! 🔧

This Chevy Colorado came to us with a no-crank, no-start condition and was initially diagnosed at the customer’s residence. During our inspection, we found the engine was extremely low on oil and had a fault related to the Variable Valve Timing (VVT) system.

After towing the vehicle to our shop, we performed the necessary repairs and maintenance to get it running properly again:

✅ Replaced faulty VVT solenoid
✅ Completed full oil and filter service
✅ Replaced battery terminals
✅ Installed new ignition coils and spark plugs
✅ Replaced engine air filter
✅ Cleaned mass airflow (MAF) sensor
✅ Cleaned throttle body
✅ Performed final testing and verification

The result? The Colorado is now starting, running, and performing properly once again.

🔧❄️ 2019 Buick Encore A/C Repair Complete! ❄️🔧

This Buick Encore came in with an A/C system that wasn’t cooling properly. Our team performed a complete A/C system overhaul, including:

✅ New A/C Compressor
✅ New Expansion Valve
✅ New Condenser
✅ System Evacuated & Recharged to Factory Specifications

During diagnostics, we also found an electrical issue in the underhood fuse box that was shorting the cooling fan circuit and preventing the A/C compressor from engaging. After repairing the electrical fault, we restored proper operation of the cooling fans and A/C system.

🚗 The vehicle was road tested and the A/C is now blowing cold as designed!

🔧 Customer Concern Resolved – 2020 Ford Mustang 🏁

This Mustang came in with fuel system performance issues. After a complete diagnosis, our technicians identified failures within the fuel delivery system that were affecting vehicle operation.

✅ Repairs Completed
• Replaced the High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) with a new OEM dealer part.
• Replaced the Low-Pressure Fuel Pump with a new OEM dealer part.
• Performed system testing and verification procedures.
• Confirmed proper fuel pressure and vehicle performance after repairs.

🚗 Results
The fuel system is now operating correctly, and the vehicle is running as designed. The Mustang has been tested and verified for proper operation.

⚠️ Additional Recommendations
• Rear brake pads and rotors should be replaced due to excessive rotor scoring and wear, which can affect braking performance.
• The 12V battery tested weak and is nearing the end of its service life. Replacement is recommended to prevent future starting and electrical issues.
