💧 Customer Concern: Oil stains on the driveway.

Our team performed a thorough engine inspection to identify the source of the oil leak. We found that the oil filter housing/oil cooler assembly was leaking severely, a common issue on the 3.6L engines found in many Dodge and Chrysler vehicles.

🛠️ Repairs Performed:
✅ Removed the faulty oil filter housing and oil cooler assembly.
✅ Installed an upgraded aluminum replacement assembly for improved durability and long-term reliability.
✅ Performed an engine oil and filter change.
✅ Cleaned the engine and brought it up to operating temperature.
✅ Road tested the vehicle and inspected for leaks to verify the repair.

🔍 Additional Finding:
During our final inspection, we identified a minor oil leak coming from the upper oil pan gasket. This leak is separate from the oil cooler housing issue and is not severe at this time.

📌 Our Recommendation: Replace the upper oil pan gasket in the future to help prevent the leak from worsening and maintain proper engine sealing.

Another vehicle successfully repaired at JMR Fleet Services! ✅

🛠️ Service Performed: HVAC Blend Door Actuator Replacement

We removed and replaced the faulty HVAC blend door actuators that were causing issues with airflow direction and temperature control inside the vehicle.

✅ Installed new HVAC blend door actuators
✅ Performed the actuator calibration and relearn procedure
✅ Tested temperature adjustment and airflow mode selection
✅ Verified proper airflow through the correct vents
✅ Confirmed the HVAC system was operating as designed

After completing the installation and calibration, we tested the system to ensure everything was functioning properly. The repair was completed successfully, restoring proper climate control operation.

Customer brought the F-150 in for a brake inspection.

During our inspection, we found the front and rear brake pads and rotors were severely worn and required replacement to ensure safe braking performance.

Repairs Performed:
✅ Replaced front brake pads and rotors
✅ Placed the electronic parking brake into service mode before performing the rear brake service
✅ Replaced rear brake pads and rotors
✅ Reinitialized the electronic parking brake and verified proper operation
✅ Performed a complete road test to verify braking performance

After completing the repairs and road test, the braking system was operating properly and as designed. The customer was notified, and the vehicle was picked up. 🙏🏽

Transmission shudder during operation.

Repairs Performed:
✅ Complete transmission service
✅ Replaced transmission filter
✅ Replaced transmission pan gasket

✅ Added friction modifier in accordance with the applicable Ford service procedure for this condition

After completing the service, we performed a thorough road test to verify the repair. The transmission is now operating smoothly, and the shudder is no longer present. ✅

Customer came in with an A/C concern—the system was not cooling properly. The vehicle had previously been recharged with refrigerant, but the A/C still wasn’t performing as it should.

After diagnosing the system, we found that the A/C components needed to be replaced.

🔧 Repairs Completed:
• Flushed the A/C system lines to remove contaminants and debris
• Replaced the A/C compressor
• Replaced the A/C condenser
• Replaced the expansion valve
• Evacuated and properly recharged the A/C system
• Tested the system to verify proper cooling performance

This 2017 Ford Focus came in with an A/C system issue and an engine oil leak. We got it taken care of! 💪🏽

🛠️ A/C System Repairs:
✅ Replaced A/C compressor
✅ Replaced expansion valve
✅ Replaced condenser
✅ Flushed the complete A/C system
✅ Performed a deep vacuum to remove air & moisture
✅ Recharged the system with the proper amount of refrigerant
✅ Replaced the A/C relay

🔧 Engine Repair:
✅ Replaced the valve cover gasket to correct the oil leak and help prevent oil from getting onto surrounding components.

After completing the repairs, we thoroughly tested the vehicle, verified proper compressor operation, confirmed the A/C was blowing cold with normal pressures, and checked for any refrigerant or oil leaks. We also performed a road test to make sure everything was operating properly. ❄️🚗💨

Customer came to us because the front brakes were due for replacement.

We removed and replaced the front brake pads and rotors on both sides and installed new brake hardware for proper pad fitment and to help prevent brake noise.

We also cleaned and lubricated the brake caliper guide pins with high-temperature brake lubricant to ensure smooth caliper movement and promote even brake pad wear. ✅

After completing the repair, we verified all components were properly torqued to specification and performed a thorough brake system check to make sure everything was operating correctly.

🔧 2022 Tesla Model S — Water Leak Repair 💧⚡

Customer came to us with a soaked interior floorboard. After a thorough inspection, we found the A/C evaporator drain tube was clogged, causing condensation to back up and overflow into the vehicle.

This repair required extensive disassembly and careful maneuvering due to the location of the drain tube. Tesla’s service procedure typically requires removal of the high-voltage battery to access this area. However, we were able to carefully access the drain tube through the frunk area without removing the HV battery, saving significant time and complexity while properly addressing the issue. 💪🏽

We removed and thoroughly cleaned the drain hose using specialized solvents and a flexible cleaning tool to remove the debris and restore proper drainage.

After everything was reassembled, we performed multiple water and leak tests to verify the drain was functioning properly. ✅

💧 Water intrusion resolved!
❄️ A/C condensation draining properly!
⚡ HV battery removal avoided!

We also recommended replacing the cabin/HVAC air filters since they are due for maintenance and can help maintain proper airflow and reduce debris buildup.
