Another roadside service call completed! 🛠️📍

The customer contacted JMR Fleet Services after experiencing a flat tire. We responded directly to their location and inspected the damaged tire. After confirming the tire was not safe for continued driving, we removed the damaged wheel and tire assembly and installed the vehicle’s spare tire. ✅

We made sure everything was installed properly by:

🔧 Properly seating the spare tire on the hub
🔩 Tightening the lug nuts in the correct sequence to manufacturer specifications
💨 Verifying the spare tire was properly inflated
✅ Performing a final safety inspection

The vehicle was safely prepared for the customer to drive to a tire repair or replacement facility. 🙏🏽

This GTI came in for some much-needed maintenance and repairs, and we got it taken care of! 💪🏽

✅ Replaced valve cover gasket to help prevent oil leaks
✅ Replaced upper timing cover gasket to address potential oil leakage
✅ Replaced spark plugs to help ensure proper engine performance and reliable ignition
✅ Cleaned & serviced the K&N air filter to keep the engine breathing properly

After completing all the repairs, we performed a thorough road test to verify our work and make sure the vehicle was operating properly. The GTI performed as expected with no additional issues noted during the test drive. 🙌🏽

We replaced the faulty starter assembly and repaired an electrical wiring short that was affecting the starting system. After the repairs, the vehicle was starting properly and reliably again. ✅

We also replaced the rear brake pads and rotors to restore safe, smooth, and consistent braking performance. 🛑

Once everything was completed, we performed a thorough road test to verify the starting system, braking system, and overall vehicle operation were functioning correctly.

🔧 BMW X5 Brake Noise Repair Completed! 🚙

Today we completed a brake noise repair on a 2025 BMW X5. The customer was experiencing a screeching noise while braking.

During inspection, we found a rock lodged between the front passenger-side brake pad and rotor, preventing the brake hardware from seating properly. We removed the debris, cleaned the brake components, and correctly reinstalled the brake pads and hardware.

After the repair, we road tested the vehicle and verified that the screeching noise was gone and the brakes were operating normally. We also completed a multipoint inspection with no additional issues found at this time.

Another repair completed and another customer back on the road safely! 🙏🏽

This 2023 Nissan Altima was experiencing a no-crank, no-start condition and needed a mobile service call.

We performed a complete inspection of the starting and charging system, including a battery load test. Testing confirmed the battery had failed and was no longer capable of providing enough power to properly start the vehicle.

🔋 Repair Performed:
• Removed and replaced the failed battery
• Verified proper battery voltage
• Tested the starting system
• Verified proper charging system operation
• Confirmed the vehicle starts and operates properly

After installing the new battery, the Altima started immediately with no hesitation. The starting and charging systems were verified to be operating correctly.

🔧 Repair Completed | 2016 Hyundai Elantra 🔧

This 2016 Hyundai Elantra came in with a no-crank, no-start condition.

We performed a complete diagnostic of the starting and electrical system and confirmed the starter had failed. We removed and replaced the starter and reset the vehicle’s electrical system. After the repair, the engine started successfully.

However, once the engine was running, we immediately noticed a loud internal engine knocking noise. Further inspection showed the engine had previously been operated with a critically low oil level, resulting in severe internal engine damage.

The knocking noise is consistent with major internal engine failure, potentially involving the connecting rod bearings and/or crankshaft. Unfortunately, this type of damage cannot be corrected with external components.

⚠️ Recommended Repair: Complete engine replacement to restore the vehicle to proper operating condition.

Another 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee back on the road with its A/C system fully restored! 🚘💨❄️

The vehicle was brought in with an air conditioning cooling concern, so our technicians performed a complete A/C system repair.

🛠️ A/C Repairs Completed:
✅ Replaced A/C compressor
✅ Replaced expansion valve
✅ Replaced receiver drier
✅ Performed complete A/C system evacuation
✅ Performed vacuum test to verify system integrity and check for leaks
✅ Removed moisture and contaminants from the system
✅ Recharged the system with the manufacturer-specified R-1234YF refrigerant to the proper capacity

After the repairs, the vehicle was thoroughly tested and road tested. We verified proper A/C operation, cooling performance, and vent temperatures. The system was confirmed to be functioning as designed with no issues present during final testing. ❄️✅

🚗 Final Result: A/C cooling performance restored and vehicle operating properly.

To make things even easier for our customer, the vehicle was delivered directly to their residence after the repairs were completed. 🏠🚘

Our customer brought in their 2016 Hyundai Sonata after noticing the rear brake lights were staying on even when the brake pedal wasn’t being pressed. This was causing a constant electrical draw and repeatedly draining the battery, resulting in no-start situations.

🔍 Diagnosis Found:
The brake light switch had failed internally, sending a constant signal and keeping the brake lights illuminated.

🛠️ Repair Performed:
• Removed and replaced the faulty brake light switch
• Tested the brake light circuit
• Verified the brake lights turn on and off properly
• Confirmed the excessive battery draw was eliminated
• Tested the vehicle to ensure proper operation ✅
