This Audi Q5 came in needing a few new things and we got it done. Came in with a bad engine smoking horribly and a failing turbo so it needed a few things.

New engine from Audi
New turbo manifold
New catalytic converter/downpipe
New coils and plugs
New fuel injectors
And a new starter since the old one died

Haven’t posted in a while on either business page but we’re still out here doing our thing. Had a YZF450 come in needing a little tlc. Previous owner did this interesting job after breaking a control arm mount right from the frame.

New control arm mount was made and welded up along with covering the self tapping screw holes.

Volkswagen intercooler pipe also brought in for a little patch job. Had a hole worn through the one side so it was given a nice little band aid and the other side was starting to ware through so we patched that before it could cause a hole.

So you have a 3-rotor project you want to have done but aren’t sure how to make it fit correctly? Send me a message and I can help you out.

FD RX7 3-rotor that needed the intake manifold cut down for it to fit a stock FD subframe so that the hood would shut without having to cut the hood in progress. Hood closes perfectly with 1/8th clearance and still plenty of room to fit the fuel injectors. Next up will be the modified charge tube from the original set up I had built to fit the old lowered subframe. This mock up is for a single big turbo 3-rotor.

Little before and after I forgot to post on here.

Cut off the top of the radiator and reversed it since it was real close to the front turbo and our customer wants to run AN fittings for the radiator hoses, so now the top is reversed for more clearance, -16AN b**gs welded in place up top and also on the radiator (just not in the picture) so now there’s plenty of room to run 2 90° fittings and the hose. Next will be the AN b**g on the bottom of the water pump and the b**g is already added to the bottom of the radiator.

The 13B N/A Samurai full exhaust is finished and she’s ready to head back to the owners. Customer originally stated that he could not get the old header off without having to move the engine over a few inches due to a tight fitment with the brake lines. New header is easy to remove and install, tubing was upped from the 2inch Racing Beat design to 2-1/8inch to get a little more flow, wireless electronic dump tube was requested to replace the old one. Header back exhaust was also upped from 2-1/2inch to 3inch, exhaust tip was left slightly lower so the customer can install a hitch set up and still have clearance and all new exhaust rubber hangers where installed back to the factory location after being chopped off.
