Changing plugs on a Grand Cherokee today!

Just goes to show how much auto shops excessively over charge! On top of their $120 hr rate they claim it takes 3 hours...

Just goes to show how much auto shops excessively over charge! On top of their $120 hr rate they claim it takes 3 hours to change an alternator in a GMC Acadia well I just did it in 1 hour and 20 minutes! My rate is 60 per hour and alternator cost 200 thru a gm dealer like Rydell they wanted 725 for the alternator and 400 for labor!
So to sum it up
Rydell would have cost you 1125 plus tax
My shop 290 plus tax a savings of 835 dollars!
