Pothole season is upon us! Watch out, they are everywhere! If you happen to hit one, and your vehicle seems to be affected ,please call us . We will be glad to check for any damage. It is better to fix the damage sooner rather than later. Be safe out there!

Homemade Chicken Soup
8 cups chicken broth
3 stalks celery,chopped
3 large carrots, chopped
1 large onion,chopped
Place these in a large soup pot and bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
Add 2-3 cups cooked chopped chicken, 1/4 lb pepperoni cut into half inch cubes, 1 can Cannellini beans(rinsed and drained).
2 Tbs dried parsley
1 Tbs dried margarom
1 Tbs thyme
1 teas. rosemary
1/2 lb fresh spinach
salt and pepper to taste
Stir and simmer another half hour or more.

Enjoy and stay well!
