Customer Complaint: I think my water pump has failed, can you please replace it? I’m going out of town in a couple of days and don’t want to get stranded.
County Car Care: Sure! Let’s take a look and see what’s going on.
After closer inspection, we determined that his water pump was not leaking. However, as you can see in this video, the upper and lower radiator hoses were degraded to the point of seal failure.
We were able to diagnose, order & replace the failed components and have his vehicle back to him same day. Crisis averted 👍🏼😊
