Florida Grande is a beautiful resort in the country located in Webster, Florida. We are not far from I-75 for easy access to Tampa or Ocala. All Orlando attractions are only a short drive away. This place is heaven, and you won’t want to leave. Lots of our volunteers turn into owners!
Resident Volunteers get to live at this beautiful park in a Full Hook-up Site in exchange for volunteer service. Our sites are 4000+ sf of grassy area around each 26x76 concrete pad. We have a full laundry, dogpark, pool, hot tub, pickleball, office, billiards room and many other amenities you’d expect in a 5-star resort! Free wifi is provided in the Clubhouse.
From November 1, 2023, and continuing through March 31, 2024. Couples expected to work a combined average of 32 hours per week in exchange for your site and $150 credit on electric usage. Duties can include checking people in and taking them to their site, light cooking, kitchen tasks, light landscaping, general cleaning, manning the gate house and helping with activities.
Our resort staff is treated like family here with the ability to use our amenities just like an owner. We have potlucks, celebrations, holiday parties, weekly gatherings, card games, crafts, linedancing and so much more!
