I don't believe that these are NOS but you are going to be very hard pressed to find a pair much better. These were originally bought for a truck of mine that I have sold so they are now offered for your project.

1947-1955 1st clamshell tail light
95% complete it is missing the pivot buttons and springs where the two pot metal base pieces come together , also missing two retaining screws for the lens, lens bezel has a couple of dents as you should be able to see in the photo, it also has had two small holes drilled in both base pieces.

1948 - 1955 1st ser Chevrolet or GMC Truck fender to firewall fillers.
As you might be able to see in these two photos of original fillers installed the one with the angled extra section goes on the left (drivers in US) hand side this is only on 1948 -1955 1st to make up the opening caused by the foot operated park brake support bracket , the 1947 and big trucks use the same style on both sides.
