🚗💥 Important Update for Our Customers 💥🚗

We wanted to take a moment to let everyone know about a recent change that directly affects small, local body shops like ours.

State Farm Insurance has reduced the labor rates they’re willing to pay for collision repairs — by over $10 per hour.

That’s right — at a time when the cost of everything (parts, materials, tools, electricity, you name it) keeps going up, State Farm has decided that body shops should somehow be making less.

We take pride in providing honest, high-quality repairs right here in Wayland — and we’ll always do our best to take care of our customers, no matter what insurance company you use. But it’s important you know not all insurance companies treat local repair shops fairly.

If you ever have a claim, remember: it’s your car and your choice where it gets repaired. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

This Memorial Day, all of us at United Collision ask that as we enjoy this weekend with family and friends, we take a moment to pause and honor the very best among us — those who have fallen in service to this great nation.

Over the generations, brave men and women have made the ultimate sacrifice in far-off and often forgotten corners of the globe, so that we may live in peace here at home. Because of their courage, we are blessed to live in the freest and most prosperous nation on Earth.
