I’m just letting the motor tell me what it wants to make it run better. If it talks back to you, you have Inhaled too much starter fluid. Go home.

Not having all the little dumb things you need to make a job perfect really irks me. The hoses, the o-rings, the bolts, the cotters, the washers the screws….

But having the hose clamps I need?? Homie.. I’ve made it.

I have found this seal to be easily overlooked over the years working on motorcycle/ATVS. Not all motors have them but when they do… it’s a non negotiable. 🤙🏻

The Suzuki LT-Z400 saga continues. I feel like the bike was begging me to look inside by not allowing me to test ride it. At least the previous owner was nice enough to put a magnetic drain plug in it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Electrical problems can be some of the most frustrating issues to diagnose on a motorcycle.

In today's video I walk through the exact charging system tests I use in the shop on a Honda VT1100.

Instead of replacing parts and hoping for the best, we'll systematically test the battery, stator, regulator/rectifier, and charging output until we find the real problem. Then we tear the bike apart and verify the diagnosis.

If your motorcycle isn't charging, this process should point you in the right direction.
