We’re proud to celebrate an incredible milestone ~ 30 years of AJ serving our team and our guests!

AJ began his career at Jim Carter Chevrolet in 1996. When Keith Kocourek purchased the dealership in 1999, AJ became part of the Kocourek family, and he’s been a rock here ever since.

As Service Manager at Kocourek Chevrolet, AJ is the definition of a team player. He’s always willing to jump in, lend a hand, solve a problem, and do what it takes to take care of our guests and his team. More importantly, he genuinely cares about the people around him, and that has made an impact for three decades.

AJ, we truly couldn’t do it without you. Thank you for everything you’ve given to Kocourek, your team, and the countless guests you’ve taken care of over the years.

What’s one skill or area in your role that you’d like to master this year?
I want to continue improving my ability to create a stress-free experience for every guest. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, so I focus on making sure people feel confident and comfortable from start to finish. 💥

What’s something you’re really looking forward to this summer?
I’m looking forward to staying busy at the dealership and continuing to grow in my role. Outside of work, I’m excited to enjoy the warm weather and spend time on the water whenever I can.

If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?
I’d go to Las Vegas. I enjoy the energy, and it offers a great mix of entertainment, food, and a chance to get away for a few days.

What’s a leadership quality you admire in others and want to continue developing in yourself?
Consistency. The best leaders show up every day with the same mindset and work ethic, and that’s something I’m always working to improve in myself. 🏆
