What’s one skill or area in your role that you’d like to master this year?
I want to continue improving my ability to create a stress-free experience for every guest. Buying a vehicle is a big decision, so I focus on making sure people feel confident and comfortable from start to finish. 💥

What’s something you’re really looking forward to this summer?
I’m looking forward to staying busy at the dealership and continuing to grow in my role. Outside of work, I’m excited to enjoy the warm weather and spend time on the water whenever I can.

If you could travel anywhere right now, where would you go?
I’d go to Las Vegas. I enjoy the energy, and it offers a great mix of entertainment, food, and a chance to get away for a few days.

What’s a leadership quality you admire in others and want to continue developing in yourself?
Consistency. The best leaders show up every day with the same mindset and work ethic, and that’s something I’m always working to improve in myself. 🏆

Kocourek Chevrolet Technicians Earn GM Mark of Excellence Recognition

Three of our Chevrolet service technicians, Daniel Bustle, Brian Drolshagen, and Bryan Rasmussen, have earned recognition in the 2025 GM Mark of Excellence Program, placing them among the Top 20 Technicians in their Zone.

This honor is based on overall performance across key areas including Fix It Right the First Time (FIRTFT), identifying emerging issues, ongoing training and certification, product knowledge, and tenure.

More importantly, this recognition reflects two of our core values in action: individual growth and performance. These technicians continue to invest in their development, sharpen their skills, and consistently deliver at a high level.
This isn’t a one-time achievement; it’s earned through sustained performance, accountability, and pride in doing the job right.

Today we celebrate Charlie Sann, General Manager of Kocourek Subaru, on his milestone anniversary.

Charlie’s journey in the automotive industry began long before he officially joined Kocourek Automotive. As a “Little Brother” to owner Keith Kocourek since the age of six through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northcentral Wisconsin, Charlie has truly grown alongside the organization and has been an integral part of its success from the very beginning.
From running around the lot washing cars as a kid to leading a highly successful Subaru dealership, Charlie’s dedication, leadership, and impact have touched countless people across the organization and our community.
