Tahoe arrived with severe blunt force trauma to the posterior lateral region, requiring a 17-hour surgical procedure. Performing a full quarter panel transplant with the latest advancements in trauma care: grinders, welders, air chisels, and emotionally unstable technicians.

The patient is expected to survive, but the technician may not. Estimated blood loss includes 3 energy drinks, several cutoff wheels, and all remaining patience.

Pro tip: If you’re ever in a car accident, file a police report—no exceptions. It’s your protection, and without it, the accident essentially never happened. We’ve seen too many cases where people skipped this step, and the at-fault driver ended up getting away. No matter how big or small the damage is.
