🇨🇳 CHINESE JUNK STRIKES AGAIN.

4th Gen Cummins came in for a crank, no-start issue. After two days of chasing our tail, we finally got to the bottom of it.

The problem? An aftermarket Chinese fuel/water separator bracket AND a knockoff Chinese Mopar fuel filter.

I can't stress this enough to people: if it seems too cheap, it probably is.

There is so much counterfeit and knockoff stuff floating around that looks like genuine Mopar/Cummins parts. Genuine Mopar parts are expensive. That's just the reality of it.

Saving a few bucks on cheap parts isn't worth spending two days chasing a problem caused by Chinese junk. 🇺🇸

Third Gen Cummins in the shop for a leaking transfer case. 🔧

Good ol’ Wisconsin corrosion did its thing and completely destroyed the front half of the T-case. 🤦‍♂️

Out with the old and in with a brand-new transfer case built right here in-house. 💪
