Ok, with the tariff stuff really screwing with the cost of Quaife differentials, I have the opportunity to have our USA company WAVETRAC make a front differential for the Mitsubishi DSM transmission platforms, but I need to see what interest there is, and I would need community support on this one, as there are three models to be manufactured, and it is a minimum batch size of 25 of each of the three part numbers. Lead time is 4 months. Details below:
They would be the following differentials:
-AWD W5M33 / W4A33 transmissions (equivalent to the Quaife QDH8B).
-FWD F5M33 / F4A33 transmissions (equivalent to the Quaife QDH7B).
-3rd/4th gen Eclipse F5M42 and F5M51 transmissions (equivalent to the Quaife QDH7BR).

Pricing would be $1299 for the bare differential, and it would use my MD717879 speedometer gear I already manufacture, along with the OEM bearings that I can supply ($225 extra for speedo gear and bearings). This includes Fedex Ground USA shipping costs to your door and transaction fees.

Who will commit to purchasing the differentials? Please post the model you would want (just mention the Quaife PN's above to make it easy for me to add them up).

Protect your home, car, garage / shop, car hauler, ATV/UTV, motorcycle, sled, electrical equipment, etc. These are extremely small footprint extinguishers that last either 50 seconds or 100 seconds based on model, they are ABC and K compliant industrial level tools of protection. They are non-residue biodegradable as well. These are ignited by removing the cap, removing the striker from the handle, and using the striker against the contact tip of the extinguisher just like igniting a flare. Point and disperse.

We currently have Quaife QDH8B and QDH7BR L*D differentials in stock and ready to ship, along with my speedometer gears (10 left in stock!!) and most types installation bearings. If you need a QDH7B for a 27-spline FWD F5M33 gearbox I can get that in a couple days.
-------- QDH8B Details:
The QDH8B is used in the Mitsubishi DSM W5M33 AWD 5-speed transmissions and W4A33 automatic transmissions. I have the 5-speed roller bearings in stock either in shielded or open cage options.

The QDH8B can also be used in 1g DSM 25-spline FWD applications (transmissions with the black MD707184 axle seals and small axles), with the proper tapered roller bearings. I have F5M33 small bore tapered roller bearings in stock.

The QDH7BR reverse-rotation 27-spline differential is used in F5M42 and F5M51 2000-2012 3rd Gen / 4th Gen Eclipse FWD non-turbo transmissions with the proper MD710663 large bore tapered roller bearings.

I have only a few remaining speedometer gears in stock and I am waiting on my next batch of them to be completed. They should be receiving around mid-April. Be sure to get a differential NOW because otherwise you will be waiting a bit to get assembled diffs with speedo gears!

I have a batch of 25-spline 300m shaft modified and shot peened DSM 1.090 ratio transfer case gearsets incoming, I will have 7x available for customer jobs. Please let me know if you need one built! This is the gearset used on the stage 3-5 DSM transfer case builds. If you need the Magnus / Brena Corse kickass gearset I can get those as well!
You will need to send in your GOOD complete 1991-1996 transfer case for the rebuild to be done. This is essentially a gearset core exchange so I can send out your good gearset and tail housing in the next batch for me to build more.

I do not have any 1.074 ratio 97-99 DSM transfer case gearsets available. If you need this ratio built, you will need to send in your GOOD 97-99 tcase for the components to be sent out and modified.

I have 5x Sonnax forged 25-spline slip yokes in stock for the DSS HD driveshafts used with the larger 300m shaft upgraded DSM transfer case gearsets and the Magnus / Brena Corse kickass gearsets! These go quick! These are considerably stronger than the Spicer cast slip yoke that normally comes on the DSS HD driveshafts.

Grab a few to protect all of your stuff! So I have a problem that needs figuring out by my tuner friends that have experience with DSMLink V3. My Chariot has an Evo 1--3 style ECU, and unfortunately it does not support flex fuel. Has someone figured out a workaround for scaling it in? Maybe a 10 position manual adjustment k**b scaled with an innovate 3912 ethanol display 0-5v sensor and scale out each rotary position as a set tune for ethanol percentage/fuel enrichment/ignition timing?

As well, does anyone have good battery offset scaling for Injector Dynamics ID1050-XDS injectors?

Hey all, thank you to everyone for all of your support the last 4 weeks since the shop fire, I am going to start working on ordering stock of parts again to help customers. I will be working on the website to reopen for sales as well. I will have to drop ship for a while with some manufacturers but will do my best to support the community!

I have ordered up more speedometer gears to be made, and will get another batch of my cylinder head shouldered dowels for 11mm, 12mm and 1/2" stud applications. I will also resume ordering of Quaife, KAAZ, Cusco differentials, along with South Bend Clutch, Quarter Master, Competition Clutch, ACT flywheels, OEM Mitsubishi parts from USA and Japan, etc.

I will not be at a capacity to rebuild driveline components or throttle bodies for the time being due to the loss of the shop, along with all of my tools, equipment and supplies and my extensive inventory of obsolete Mitsubishi parts all being lost.
