A friend referred a single mom with her Jeep Wrangler - massive oil leak, mess everywhere. After thorough cleaning and inspection, Dad (Igor) and his team discovered a cracked oil filter housing. But here's where it gets good...

Instead of just quoting the repair, they dug deeper. Their experience told them this looked like a factory defect. One phone call to Chrysler later? BINGO - her vehicle qualified for a recall repair at ZERO cost to her!
