Ever wonder what happens when honest mechanics do the RIGHT thing? Let me tell you about my parents at Autodome...

A friend referred a single mom with her Jeep Wrangler - massive oil leak, mess everywhere. After thorough cleaning and inspection, Dad (Igor) and his team discovered a cracked oil filter housing. But here's where it gets good...

Instead of just quoting the repair, they dug deeper. Their experience told them this looked like a factory defect. One phone call to Chrysler later? BINGO - her vehicle qualified for a recall repair at ZERO cost to her!

She went from panicked about a huge repair bill to walking out paying nothing. We "lost" the job but gained something better - a grateful customer for life. Her thank-you gift? An amazing variety pack of gourmet mustards from Koops' Mustard, where she works! 🍯

THIS is why we do what we do. Integrity over profit, every single time.
