It's been a while since I have posted. And the reason for that is we have been focusing on our fleet customers and our harness buisness. I'll try to do some updates to show all the new things going on, now that our NDAs will allow us to. We got 8 of 12 R2.8/8speed kits getting kitted up for 2 customers.

One of many parts we had to develop these last few years. This is the 34 output PDM that is IP67 rated. We also have a 16 output version that will be used in the factory super truck project were a part of. We have so many other new parts we have been working on. As soon as out NDAs allow it we will be sharing details..

Custom battery panel for a truck we have been working on. Main and aux battery are connected via Anderson 350 connectors. And then we are using a RBS module to remotely join the batteries together, while still allowing the operator to manual join them incase something fails.

All of this is mounted in a small tool box. And cables are all fuse protected.

Over the last year we have switched our primary focus from engine conversion to harnesses and control solutions projects. In doing so it has allowed us to expand from me and 1 guy to me and a team of 5 talented individuals with the plan of hiring 2 more immediately.

Over there the last year we have been working on a few military vechile that we still can't share any details on and a few upfitter jobs. This has allowed us to buy a crimp center to speed up harness production, expanded to 64ft of harness board assembly and even built a custom power distribution module for these projects.

We're hiring people to try to bring back the engine conversion side of the business. So if you know any car guys that are good with sales we are looking to help bring that back online. It's just been alot of growing pains recently. Also we need 2 to 3 wiring harness assemblers.

Update: About 2 years ago we started to run into supply chain issues with the Cummins R2.8 engines, which was the majority of our business at the time. As a result, we had to start looking for other sources of revenue to keep us going. We started to branch outside of what we were doing for ourself, to support other companies, and in doing so we began to be the lead supplier to quite a few companies, for their controller solution and harnessing needs.

Unfortunately the NDA's we have in place with these customers has kept us from sharing the work we have been doing. Since then a few of the projects have launched, like the KOH Bronco. https://www.kohbronco.com/

We are the lead supplier for an OEM style locker solution for these Broncos. This is just one of the many projects we are working on right now, but there are 10 other projects we can't share, that are still under NDA. Let's just say some are for the same company and alot of the other projects we are working on are for the military, which lead me to the fact that some of you are trying to contact us for parts for your R2.8 conversions. I just want say that we are sorry we have not been able to answer your phone calls or emails.

Our focus right now is to support our OEM customers, as they are the ones that are paying our bills and allow us to keep the people we have on our payroll.

We are working on bringing back the R2.8 conversion business, now that engines are available, but its going to take us a little time to get back to where we once were, as we supply parts to quite a few companies that depend on us to keep their production lines going.

If you have questions, the best way reach us is to email [email protected]. We are trying our best to support everyone, but unfortunately that is hard with the small team we have and with the projects we have going on.

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Born in the Johnson Valley silt and forged on the rocks, the KOH edition is the Bronco that off-road legends Jason Scherer and Dave Cole built to drive every day. The truck is outfitted with tried-and-true components that Jason has trusted to multiple wins at King of the Hammers and the Ultra4 Champ

Just giving an update to our current status.... Unfortunately we ran into alot of unforeseen complications during our move. What we thought was going to be a few weeks of being down has turned into 2 months. We are still battling some issues and hoping to have this behind us this week. For any web orders we will start shipping out what we have in stock on Friday. For anything that is not in-stock we will contact you and refund you for that. I am sorry for anyone this has impacted, it's not what we planned, and we are working our hardest to get everything in place to run the buisness like we were before the move.

Kevin.

Getting closer to opening for business again. Goal was to be 100% back at it yesterday. But unfortunately I underestimate the amount of things we have to get set back up. Good news is we should be back at it by Friday...

Please bear 🐻 with us as we are still getting everything setup in the new shop. Our move is 300 miles away, as we moved from the Indy area up to the Milwaukee, WI area. It has taken us 7k miles with our 40ft goose, 4k miles with the penske truck, and 2k miles with a few of the other family member trucks. It total it was 20 round trips, with over 240hrs of driving. We are 2 days ahead of schedule by being out of Indy before April 1st. Now for the next 2 weeks we will be setting up the new place with the plans of being in operation by April 10th. Thanks for being patient with us during this hectic move. And if anyone in the milwakee area wants to lend a hand we will greatly appreciate it, and we will be hiring 3 new employees with this move. 😁😁
