Alittle busy work for jen this week. First panel to start on the 56 olds. This car was painted 32 years ago and put in a garage and never put back together. It is a decent car, but there is paint bubbling and old bodywork I dont like we will fix.

Time to start fixing and getting my newest hot rod addition dialed in. I picked this up in January. Unfortunately i have not had time or space to get it into the morgue to work on it. She has great bones to start with but as always I can't leave well enough alone!! It needs some love for me to feel better about it, and of course i need to throw my twist to it! I also think im going to need to get Rigor some doggles for the ride!

It was alot of cutting and pushing around and rewelding, but we now have doors that fit the body!

Houston We Have A Problem. I decided to mount the doors so I could get the rockers also set in place, well the cowl was up about a good inch and half. Had to cut all the temporary bracing out and cut the jamb and cowl and move it all around. The fun when you take wood structure out of these cars, they turn into a giant wet noodle. Its always a big challenge but its getting there!
