What makes BG special?

So a friend of a friend asked this morning what makes Burly Guys Junk Removal different from the large franchise, and I realized I don't tell this enough, so here goes:

Why Katharine, thank you for asking!
1.). We recycle as much as possible. I have actually taken videos of the 800-got-junk’s trucks dumping loads of appliances, wire, metal, clothing and paper into the landfill. Those sort of items go to our warehouse to be sorted and properly recycled.
2.). After sorting we donate the clothing books toys and smaller usable items to local charities, either Goodwill or Salvation Army.
3.). We sell metal "trash" to local scrapyards, making some profit there and allowing metals to be re-used and doing our small part to preserve our environment.
4.). We sell larger reusable items at an auction house, generating some revenue there.
5.). And finally, because of our sales of materials, we are able to do our work at lower cost to the consumer. For example, the big franchise's minimum charge is $265.00, no matter how little material you have. This is no secret, they publish that figure. Our minimum is only $150, and we often charge less than that if a lot of the material we haul is resellable.

In 2005 Kevin Berthia went to the Golden Gate Bridge to end his life.
He ended up talking about his life with Officer Kevin Briggs for 92 minutes while he was on the edge of the bridge.
10 years later they meet on the same bridge in much better circumstances.
