Winterizing your boat or jet ski? Don't skip these. ❄️
1️⃣ Flush the cooling system — drain all water from the motors and cooling systems, then run RV/marine antifreeze through. Freeze-cracked blocks are the most expensive mistake on this list.
2️⃣ Stabilize the fuel — old gas turns to varnish and gums up the works by spring.
3️⃣ Fog the engine — keeps cylinder walls from corroding while it sits.
4️⃣ Pull the battery — charge it, store it somewhere it won't freeze.
5️⃣ Cover it properly — a real cover beats a flapping tarp every time.
