Out of the ditch and back onto the asphalt! Earlier today we were called to route 80 for a tractor that had gone off the roadway. Quickly we brought the unit back onto the road and towed it to the local repair shop!

Earlier today we were called by the state police to 78 for a dump truck that was overturned. Upon arrival we noticed the truck was off the roadway and up an embankment. Our team at Stews came up with a plan to first remove the trees/debris, then drag the unit backwards, then overturn the unit. All this was done promptly without anymore damage to the truck!

Yesterday we were called to 78 for a rolled over dump truck. The truck was traveling westbound and had a steer tire blow causing the truck to lose control and roll over in the median. Promptly and safely we recovered the unit and opened the highway!

Early this morning a truck lost control on route 31 and found itself up an embankment by the town park. The Stews team assessed the situation and removed the damaged vehicle in a prompt and timely manner without any further damage to the unit or impeding traffic flow!

With the upcoming storm we would like to remind everyone to please SLOW DOWN AND MOVE OVER for any and all highway workers, fire, police, ems, tow trucks, and school buses. As well as, staying home unless it is absolutely necessary! But if you are in need of a tow or to be winched out, Stews will be staffed 24/7 as always!
