As 2025 comes to a close, the WEST team is reflecting back on a year partnering with leaders and innovators to create meaningful, lasting change. We are grateful for our collaboration with clients whose missions focus on addressing some of the most complex and important issues of the day - in local communities, across the U.S., and around the world. In 2026, we look forward to furthering our efforts supporting and elevating the organizations with whom we are proud and privileged to work.

It feels like we’re living in a period of extreme uncertainty and near-constant crisis. West End Strategy Team supports clients in navigating complex situations, managing emergency response, and preparing for potential scenarios through facilitated risk mitigation and crisis communications planning.

Right now, we are working alongside our clients to respond to and engage effectively on geo-political and domestic issues, including:
-The nuclear tensions and armed conflict between Iran, Israel and the U.S.
-Humanitarian crises in Gaza and Sudan
-War in Ukraine
-Rising antisemitism, extremist violence and political polarization
-Gun violence
-Attacks on civil society, LGBTQ people, migrant communities, university funding, and public health and medical research

We partner with nonprofits of all sizes, academic and cultural institutions, museums, funders, faith-based organizations and other entities as they are rising to this moment with messages, plans and outreach that cut through the noise and resonate with key audiences.

Our work at West End Strategy Team is focused on the issues that individuals and communities across the country and around the world are grappling with every day. WEST works with global, national and local nonprofits, foundations, coalitions, cultural institutions, and mission-driven companies, to develop and execute creative communications strategies and campaigns to achieve organizational goals, reach target audiences and ultimately, drive meaningful change. Alongside our clients, we promote human and civil rights. We advocate for reproductive rights. We fight against attacks on our democracy at home and around the world. And we push back against unconstitutional restrictions on voting access.

The WEST team was proud to partner with Washington National Cathedral to honor and share the life of President Jimmy Carter. President Carter was a lifelong humanitarian who championed human rights and peace, and it was a privilege to celebrate his legacy in the midst of presidents, members of Congress, past and present officials, international dignitaries and Carter’s friends and family.
