Attention all Residents

With these cold temps, you will have to make sure your skirting has no holes or spaces for air to get in. Being that there is no snow on the ground, there is no extra insulation around your skirting. Also, make sure your heat tape is plugged in and working (should be a light on it). Keep in mind, frozen pipes are extremely expensive to fix, and you will have to get a plumber out to unthaw. It is much better to fix the issue causing your frozen pipes-which is most likely a skirting issue or a heat tape issue. The cost to replace a frozen water meter is $350. Call the office with any questions.

There will a couple unexpected disruptions of water to the park today. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

This is another reminder to all tenants. The trash bins are to be brought back in from the road every week after garbage pickup.

This help the plow driver plow as wide as possible and with the wind they will not be blowing all over.

Also with all this snow int he next 24 hours we must NOT park on the roads. You will be towed at owners expense. This is your warning. Please spread the word.

Water is currently shut off to all park residents due to an emergency repair to one of the main supply lines. I will update this post as soon as it is back on. Sorry for any inconvenience.

**UPDATE**
As of 11:50 AM Wednesday April 20th. The water main has been repaired and service has been restored.

**water is currently off- they are still working on the break as of today Wednesday April 20th, 2022**

ALERT: There is currently a large water main break in the north side of the park. The water may have to be shut off to isolate the break.

Please read this important message from Waseca Police Department. This is a huge problem not only in the city of Waseca but in Vista Villa as well. Please STOP feeding the feral cats in the park!

This Friday is the last day to apply for rental assistance. Going forward, we will continue to follow past protocols for all delinquent accounts, which will result in evictions and collections.

Application Deadline Announced: RentHelpMN applications must be submitted by Friday, January 28 at 9:00 p.m. to be considered. If you are behind on rent, you may apply to get caught up and be protected from eviction. Visit RentHelpMN.org to apply.

This is a reminder to all Vista Villa Tenants.

Tomorrow Thursday Friday 12/10/2021 there is a snow advisory. Please remember to keep all vehicles off the street and in their designated driveway or agreed upon spot so the roads can be plowed.

The vehicles that are left on the road will be tagged and towed at owners expense.
