When Dodge says no authorization for you son! that's okay Dodge I'll take the back door bypass.

In today's world of computer diagnostics, things have dramatically changed. If you want to do engine/body/emissions ect. diagnostic tests / bi-directional testing you will need authorization via Wi-Fi from your manufacturer before you can communicate thru OBD/16 pin port. Good luck shade trees!

* Maintain and repair diesel engines.
* Duties include basic services both shop and mobile.
* Diagnosis and repair of clutches, transmissions, manual and automatic,brakes,air, hydraulic and electrical repaires.
* Can perform suspension work including kingpins, bushings, leaf springs and airbags.
* knowledge of trailer maintenance and roll up doors.
* knowledge of in-frame rebuilding to include running overheads on cat Cummings and navistar and other various engines.
* Can perform D.O.T. inspections, state inspections.
* Troubleshoot and repair cooling systems, general knowledge of A/C systems.
* Diagnos air systems to include compressors, dryers, chambers and valves.
* knowledge of using a laptop to troubleshoot engines to make proper repairs.
* Responsibile for documentation of parts used or installed all all repairs performed.

Medium and heavy trucks, must have some diagnostic knowledge using cummins insite, servicemaxx, diagnostilink, jpro ect. Some hands on knowledge on dt-maxxforce, detroit, cummins from isb thru isx. Pay will vary depending on experience but will train the right candidate.
