He talked us through everything and then texted me a video of the car and what the problem was, so I could see it. It’s not a mechanic shop that’s going to try to sell you things that aren’t real. After they found out the issues, they sent another text that had detailed information in it where I was able to approve and/or deny the different work they were saying it needed.
