Out in Whiteville, VA, Evan with Earthborne Equipment is highlighting a specialized piece of equipment we service in the field… the aerial trimmer.

These units, like this Kershaw model, are built for utility right-of-way maintenance where traditional bucket trucks just can’t reach. With a telescoping boom that extends up to 75 feet, operators can safely and efficiently trim back branches to the required distance from power lines.

Designed for tough terrain, these machines feature large flotation tires to handle wet, soft ground, along with a movable cab that shifts left or right to give the operator the best possible view of the cutting head. Once trimming is complete, a forestry mulcher follows behind to clean up and process the material.

🔹 Janine Donofrio – Sales
Janine recently joined the Earthborne team and is already making an impact. She’s passionate about the rapid innovation happening across our manufacturers and is excited to grow the JCB lineup in Northern New Jersey. Her favorite machines to talk about are the JCB 505-20 Telehandler and 3CX Compact Backhoe because of their versatility across so many applications. 🔹 Lisa Cooper – Service Team
Lisa grew up around trucks and job sites, with a lifelong passion for heavy equipment. She thrives on learning how machines evolve and improving performance through knowledge and hands-on experience. Lisa’s advice to the next generation: "Don’t shrink yourself to fit the room take up your space and own your skills.
In an industry like heavy equipment, there will be times when you’re the only woman in the shop or on the jobsite. That’s not a weakness that’s power. Learn your machines inside and out. Ask questions. Get dirty. Turn the wrenches.The more you know, the more confident you become and confidence changes how people treat you.
You don’t have to prove you belong. You belong because you showed up, you’re willing to work, and you’re building skill.

🔹 Caitlyn Angstadt – Inside Sales & Marketing Support
Caitlyn joined our Felton team in November and has quickly become a rock star. Whether it’s researching answers for customers, jumping into a machine to learn something new, or supporting community events, she’s always the first to jump in and help the team succeed.

🔹 Liz Ronky – Accounting
Liz joined Earthborne in 2021 with a Master’s in Finance and brought incredible energy to our accounting team. She enjoys learning how construction equipment helps power our customers’ businesses and keeps our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

🔹 Julie Phillips – Sales Coordinator
Julie joined the team in October with more than 10 years of business development experience. Her eagerness to learn and collaborate has made her a valuable connection between our sales and service teams. She recently obtained her PA Notary License, adding even more value to the team.

🔹 Dora Hannawacker – Sales Support
Dora started with us as a part-time receptionist and has grown into a full-time role supporting our sales department. Her positive energy brightens the showroom every day, and her knowledge now spans rental, service, and sales, making her an invaluable team member.
