Recently, Team Members from our Tool Shop in Auburn Hills, Michigan, enjoyed a teambuilding breakfast cooked and served in partnership with local leadership. At Avancez, we've built our unstoppable team by demonstrating loyalty, respect and trust for one another—and this celebration was another great example of how we're Building A Better Everything!

In the spirit of gratitude and giving, our Auburn Hills team recently volunteered with Dream Centers of Michigan to help sort, pack and stack boxes filled with complete meals for families in need. Together with other corporate partners, we prepared boxes that will help feed over 3,300 families during this Thanksgiving season. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our Community as we continue to Build a Better Everything.

At Android and Avancez, we believe in the power of community, compassion, and awareness. This October our teams around the globe came together to "Pink Out the Plant." During this event, teams discussed early detection, honored those who have gone through the battle and raised awareness internally by celebrating together.

For over 40 years, this one-of-a-kind event has attracted a wide range of businesses to learn and grow within the supplier diversity space. As a certified Women's Business Enterprise, Avancez was one of over 250 exhibitors ready to connect and make a difference.

This week, over 100 members of our Leadership Team from around the world gathered in Michigan for our 2025 Leadership Conference, "Redefining Excellence." Over the course of three days, the team celebrated our Kaizen contributions through an interactive expo and collaborated together to share information and business updates as we plan for 2026 and beyond. We are proud to be Building a Better Everything...together!

At Avancez, we take "Building A Better Everything" to heart. Our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana, recently sponsored the Crew Life Back to School Backpack Drive. This fun (and free!) event provided 500 students with book bags and supplies for the upcoming school year, as well as complimentary haircuts to head back to the classroom with style and confidence. We are proud to take part in investing in the futures of these children and contribute to the ongoing progress of the communities where we live and work.

Our team in Flint, Michigan takes this to heart by sponsoring Maintenance Technicians to complete on-the-job training through . We are proud to share that Spencer Alexander recently completed the program at the top of her class and was awarded High Octane status. Giving back to the communities where we live and work is mission-critical work for Team Members at Avancez. Recently, a group from our Hazel Park, Michigan facility spent an afternoon volunteering with Cass Community Social Services, a nonprofit organization working across the city of Detroit in areas of concentrated poverty providing programs for food, health, housing and jobs. Our team helped pack over 300 lunches to feed and serve our community members in need. Thank you, Team Hazel Park, for demonstrating what it truly means to Build A Better Everything!

Our global quality team recently gathered in Auburn Hills, Mich. for their annual Quality Summit. Together, leaders from across the world rolled up their sleeves to ensure we're finishing 2025 strong and entering 2026 with the right mindset, goals and initiatives. It was inspiring to see Building a Better Everything in action at all points in their agenda—from discussing and documenting the Kaizen improvements the team has been involved with to taking a deeper dive into our Daily Management System and how it impacts, protects and improves our processes and systems.

They also took time to celebrate one another and have fun—because the teambuilding is just as important as the work! Through a volunteer shift with Forgotten Harvest, a non-profit dedicating to fighting hunger and food insecurity in metro Detroit, the team demonstrated Building A Better Community and our core value of teamwork.

Many thanks to the team who traveled from near and far to be part of the 2025 Quality Summit. We are Building a Better Everything!
